The 2024-2025 season of the Mont-de-Marsan Fat Markets was held from November to February at the Saint-Roch covered market. On Tuesday and Saturday mornings, Landes producers offered fresh foie gras, whole fat ducks, confits, magrets, and artisanal specialties to gourmets from all over the region.

The 2024-2025 season of the Fat Markets was held at the Saint-Roch covered market in Mont-de-Marsan, every Tuesday and Saturday morning from November 2024 to February 2025. Producers of fat waterfowl from the Landes offered their finest products: fresh duck and goose foie gras, whole fat ducks, magrets, confits, gizzards, and other regional specialties.
