2025-2026 Fat Markets in Mont-de-Marsan
The 2025-2026 season of the Fat Markets resumes at the Saint-Roch covered market in Mont-de-Marsan. Every Tuesday and Saturday morning, from November 2025 to February 2026, producers of fat waterfowl from the Landes offer their finest products to gourmets and lovers of good food.
On the market stalls, you will find fresh duck and goose foie gras, whole fat ducks, magrets, confits, gizzards, rillettes, terrines, and all the artisanal specialties of the Landes terroir. Breeders will advise you on choosing, storing, and preparing your purchases.

Access to Saint-Roch Market
By Car
The Saint-Roch market is located in the very center of Mont-de-Marsan, near Place Saint-Roch. Several public parking lots are available within a few minutes' walk, including the Midou parking lot and the Mairie parking lot.
By Bus
The urban bus network Marsan Agglo serves the city center with several lines. The nearest stop is Place Saint-Roch.
By Train
The Mont-de-Marsan station is served by TER Nouvelle-Aquitaine lines. The market is about a 10-minute walk from the station.
Days and Times
The Fat Markets are held on Tuesdays and Saturday mornings, from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM, from November to February. It is advisable to arrive early in the morning to benefit from the best selection of products.
