Local producers offer their finest products directly to consumers in a friendly and authentic atmosphere.
On the stalls of the Fat Markets, visitors discover a complete range of products from the traditional rearing of the Landes mulard duck: fresh duck and goose foie gras, whole fat ducks, magrets, confit, gizzards, carcasses, rillettes, terrines, and other artisanal specialties. The waterfowl are raised outdoors for at least 90 days and force-fed with whole-grain corn for 12 days, guaranteeing exceptional taste quality and perfectly textured foie gras.
