About La Folle Blanche
La Folle Blanche — Armagnac Festival is a celebration of Armagnac held in Eauze, the historic capital of this iconic brandy in the Gers region. Organized by the Armagnac & d'Artagnan Tourist Office in partnership with the BNIA (Armagnac and d'Artagnan interprofessional body) and Floc de Gascogne, the event pays tribute to the Folle Blanche grape, a traditional local variety. Throughout a festive day on the Place d'Armagnac, visitors can enjoy tastings from around twenty producers, blending workshops to create your own Armagnac, mixology classes, Armagnac and chocolate pairings, and a Floc de Gascogne pastry workshop. A Charleston and Lindy Hop dance class will get the square swinging starting at 3:00 PM.
The festival celebrates Armagnac and its terroir with a Roaring Twenties theme. The 2nd edition is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026.

The 2nd edition of La Folle Blanche — Armagnac Festival takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the Place d'Armagnac in Eauze. A full day (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM) dedicated to discovering Armagnac: tastings from around twenty producers, hiking, workshops, Charleston dance classes, mixology, casino games, and wooden games.
La Folle Blanche — 2nd edition, Saturday, September 26, 2026
For its second edition, La Folle Blanche returns to the Place d'Armagnac in Eauze on Saturday, September 26, 2026, building on the success of the inaugural event in September 2025. A full day dedicated to Armagnac, set in an atmosphere inspired by the Roaring Twenties, organized by the Armagnac & d'Artagnan Tourist Office.
Around twenty Armagnac houses
Starting at 10:00 AM, the Armagnac Market brings together around twenty iconic houses and estates from the region, offering tastings of Armagnac and Floc de Gascogne, along with presentations of their vintages on the Place d'Armagnac. A €2 glass deposit allows you to move freely between the stands throughout the day.
Workshops, tours, and masterclasses
- Blending workshops at Salle Marpoy (11:00 AM): create your own personalized Armagnac — €15 for a 1.5-hour session, by reservation.
- Mixology workshop at 11:00 AM: cocktail creation with mixologist Quentin Launay. €15 for a 1.5-hour session, by reservation.
- Charleston & Lindy Hop dance class at 3:00 PM with Planet Swing - free by reservation.
- Chocolate & Armagnac pairing workshop at 3:00 PM: discover the refined alliance of Armagnac and chocolate - €15 for a 1.5-hour session, by reservation.
- Pastry workshop at 5:00 PM: create a "Fantastik" dessert using Floc de Gascogne with blogger J'en reste Baba - €15 for a 1.5-hour session, by reservation.
Roaring Twenties spirit
Just like the first edition, the ambiance is inspired by the Roaring Twenties and the swing of the 1920s and 1930s. This year, more than 150 vintage cars will grace the festival, alongside the presence of the Casino de Barbotan starting at 2:00 PM. Period costumes and vintage outfits are highly encouraged, in a festive and elegant spirit.

All day long, the Place d'Armagnac in the historic heart of Eauze hosts twenty iconic estates and houses offering tastings of Armagnac and Floc de Gascogne, as well as a chance to discover the flavors of the Gers. A glass deposit system allows visitors to move freely between the stands.
Armagnac & Floc de Gascogne Workshops
The program throughout the day includes:
- Armagnac Blending Workshops: create your own personalized Armagnac by sampling different varieties.
- Armagnac & Chocolate Workshop: enjoy a gourmet sensory experience where our HDM Armagnacs meet the chocolate creations of Hasnaâ. Guided through the tasting, you will explore powerful or intensely indulgent pairings, deepening your knowledge of this unique brandy.
- Cocktail Workshop: learn the art of mixology and create your own signature cocktails.
- Pastry Workshop: create, pipe, decorate... and taste your own Floc de Gascogne pastry.
- Producers' market and free tastings featuring Armagnacs, Flocs de Gascogne, and local Gers products.
Roaring Twenties Atmosphere
The festival draws its inspiration from the Roaring Twenties and the swing era of the 1920s and 1930s:
