Edition 2025 — Nouvel Orage
First edition of the Nouvel Orage festival, from April 11 to 26, 2025 in Nantes. Eight evenings in five venues in the Nantes metropolitan area — Le Ferrailleur, Stereolux, Décadanse, Macadam, and New Factory — brought together 3,000 spectators around ten emerging artists at the crossroads of rap, R&B, pop, and electro.

Nouvel Orage 2025 — First Edition
The first edition of Nouvel Orage took place from April 11 to 26, 2025, in Nantes, taking over five emblematic venues in the metropolitan area: Le Ferrailleur, Stereolux, Décadanse, Macadam, and New Factory. Driven by the production company Krumpp and its programmer Perrine Delteil, the festival offered eight evenings dedicated to a new generation of unclassifiable artists.
Lineup
The lineup for this inaugural edition highlighted ten artists championing a "gender fluid" approach to musical genres:
- Miki at Stereolux (April 11)
- Satine at Décadanse (April 16) — rising star of new French pop
- Asinine + Adés The Planet at Le Ferrailleur — free and spontaneous rap, new generation
- Jean at Décadanse (April 23)
- Dalí at Stereolux (April 24) — intense and captivating rap-song-R&B
- Divin0 (April 25) — reggaeton, baile funk, and Latin beats
- Andy4000 at New Factory (April 26) — curating night with the eclectic DJ
- Ekloz + Toera + Sto + Mailow at Trempo — atypical female rappers blending rap, melody, punk, and rave
Outcome
With 3,000 spectators, ten artists, and seven evenings across five venues, this first edition laid the foundation for a unique festival, rooted in emergence and the cross-pollination of musical genres.
