Nouvelles du Conte

37th Edition - July-August 2025

From July 31 to August 10, 2025, Bourdeaux hosted the 37th edition of Nouvelles du Conte. The program brought together renowned storytellers: Nadine Walsh, Sabrina Chézeau, Stéphane Guertin, Carole Joffrin, Olivier de Robert, and other spoken word artists.

The performances unfolded between the village hall, Champ Roch for outdoor evenings, and numerous locations in the Pays de Bourdeaux for "Contes ici et là." Sophie Biset led the market announcements at the markets of Bourdeaux, Saoû, and Dieulefit.

The children's workshop "I Have a Story to Tell You" (7-11 years old, August 4-8) and the adult workshop "Telling Stories with Who We Are" (August 2-3) completed the program. The festival bookstore was open daily from 3 PM to 7 PM.
