Occitan Festival 2024
On August 14th and 15th, 2024, the medieval city of Cordes-sur-Ciel vibrated to the sounds of Occitan culture. La Talvera and the invited groups enlivened two days of festivities, blending traditional music concerts, Occitan dance workshops, storytelling performances, and an Occitan book and record fair.
Visitors could discover traditional wooden games, participate in dance workshops, and attend the torchlit storytelling walk through the city's alleys. The closing grand ball brought together festival-goers and locals in a warm and convivial atmosphere, true to the festival's spirit of sharing.
