Orléans Gastronomy & Wine Fair – 2025 Edition

The 32nd edition of the Orléans Gastronomy & Wine Fair was held from November 28 to December 1, 2025, at CO'Met – Parc des Expositions du Loiret, under the sponsorship of chef Guillaume Goupil, a Michelin-starred chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2022.

Under the prestigious theme 'Cuisine and Tableware at the Élysée', this edition offered an immersive experience blending French refinement and excellence. 250 exhibitors, including 91 new participants, occupied the 10,700 m² of covered space, with approximately 43.7% of exhibitors from the Centre-Val de Loire region.

The Centre Pavilion spanned 510 m², bringing together 50 certified regional companies. In total, 59 certified participants represented nearly a quarter of the exhibitors. The Atelier du Centre (36 m²) hosted culinary demonstrations and tastings by students from the Lycée Hôtelier de l'Orléanais, while the Stand du Centre (18 m²) featured the presentation of the regional brand and interactive games.

The Interfel space renewed its « Jamais Trop Mixte ! » campaign with fruit and vegetable challenges and tastings, and the « Bienvenue à la Ferme Loiret » collective pavilion highlighted local farm producers from the department.
