Commemoration of the 2025 Ostensions
As part of the transmission and promotion of this UNESCO-listed heritage, the ostensory brotherhoods and communes of Haute-Vienne organized Heritage Days of the Ostensions in September 2025. Exhibitions of reliquaries, conferences on the millennial history of the tradition, guided tours of church treasures, and workshops to discover the artisanal know-how related to the processions helped keep the memory of the Ostensions alive between two septennial years.
