Paris Banlieues Tango 2025
The 2025 edition of Paris Banlieues Tango celebrated the diversity and vitality of Argentine tango in Île-de-France for eight weeks. Over 70 events in about thirty locations in Paris and its suburbs made up the program for this edition.
The concerts brought together Argentine, French, and international ensembles, exploring tango in its diversity: traditional orchestras, nuevo tango, electronic tango, and hybridizations with Arabic and African music. The milongas allowed hundreds of dancers to practice in festive and convivial atmospheres. The workshops for beginners and for people with disabilities confirmed the festival's inclusive mission.
