Edition 2025 — Paulée Chalonnaise
The 26th edition of the Paulée de la Côte Chalonnaise was a record success. The weekend began on Friday, October 17th, with the reopening of the restored Saint-Vincent cathedral, followed by tastings on Rue de Strasbourg. On Saturday, the parade of wine brotherhoods preceded the grand banquet for 1,200 guests. Over 6,500 visitors strolled through the streets of Chalon with their Paulée Kit.

2025 Edition — A Record 26th Edition
The 26th Paulée de la Côte Chalonnaise took place from October 17th to 19th, 2025, marking a record attendance. On Friday, October 17th at 4 PM, the reopening of the Saint-Vincent cathedral, restored after 18 months of work, kicked off the festivities, followed by evening tastings on Rue de Strasbourg with nearly 2,000 visitors.
On Saturday, the traditional parade of wine brotherhoods animated the streets of the city center before the banquet at the Parc des Expositions, which brought together 1,200 guests. On Sunday, the Apéro Gueuleton on Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville concluded a weekend that attracted over 4,500 tasters with their Paulée Kits on Saturday and Sunday. Three photographers were honored through exhibitions in the city.
