The 8th edition of the Périgord Grand Trail was held on May 10, 2025, starting from La Guillou in Lalinde. The biggest trail race in Dordogne offered its usual four formats: the Ultra du Périgord (90 km), the Trail des Bastides (46 km), the Trail de la Vallée Pourpre (30 km), and the Trace du Cinglé (18 km). The routes followed the trails through valleys, forests, and historic villages of Périgord.
