In 2025, the association Perrigny 360 lays the groundwork for the Perrigny Guitar Band project, a guitar festival in Perrigny (Yonne). 2025: Birth of the Perrigny Guitar Band Project
The year 2025 marks the birth of the Perrigny Guitar Band project within the association Perrigny 360. It was during this period that the idea took shape: to create in Perrigny an annual musical event centered around the guitar, rooted in the Auxerrois region and open to all audiences thanks to free admission.
Pierre, the guitarist and soul of the project, gradually gathered a collective of musicians — passionate amateurs and professionals from the Yonne region — who shared the same conviction: that the guitar, a quintessential popular instrument, deserves a celebration worthy of the legends who have carried it. Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Sting, the Rolling Stones… so many names that guided the rehearsals and artistic discussions of this foundational year.
Professional guitarist Hugues Renault (Buzztown, Mélodia), based in Monéteau in the Yonne, quickly joined the project as a special guest artist for the first edition. The first date was set for spring 2026, at the Perrigny community hall.
