5th edition of the Pop'Sciences Festival in Belleville-en-Beaujolais. Nearly 5,000 visitors, 190 speakers, free scientific workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.
5th Edition — May 2025
The 5th edition of the Pop'Sciences Festival took place from May 16 to 18, 2025, in Belleville-en-Beaujolais, in partnership with the Saône-Beaujolais Community of Communes. Friday was dedicated to schoolchildren (1,000 students welcomed by registration), while the weekend was open to the general public. Nearly 5,000 visitors participated in workshops, conferences, and exhibitions led by 190 speakers—researchers, PhD students, and science communicators. On the program: astronomical observations, discussions on virus transmission, the functioning of the human brain, river pollution, and many other fascinating topics.
