2025 Edition — Dialogue Between Nature and Heritage
The third edition of the Printemps du Patrimoine was held from April 5 to May 4, 2025, around the theme 'Dialogue Between Nature and Heritage', highlighting the deep links between landscapes, built heritage, and traditional know-how in Haute-Loire.
Sites and Activities
Over 70 heritage sites participated in this edition, offering around 100 activities spread across the entire department:
- Castles: Polignac, Lavoûte-Polignac, Saint-Vidal
- Religious sites: Abbey of La Chaise-Dieu with a guided tour of Flemish tapestries, Chapel of Saint-Michel d'Aiguilhe
- Character villages: Lavaudieu, Arlempdes, Allègre
- Workshops: natural dyeing with artist Maxime Rizza, screen printing, meetings with artists in residence Les Brindilleuses
- Conferences: evolution of the landscapes of Livradois-Forez
- Hikes: geological routes from Mézenc to the Gorges de l'Allier
Professional Component
The CAUE 43 coordinated professional days addressing the energy renovation of historic buildings, the integration of heritage into urban planning, and photovoltaic solutions for protected sites.
