7th Flavors Festival 2024

The 7th edition of the Pyrénées Audoises Flavors Festival took place on September 21 and 22, 2024, in Quillan. Chef Fabien De Bruyn, from the restaurant Le Bastion in Lagrasse, sponsored this edition. Visitors had the opportunity to meet local producers, taste their specialties, attend culinary demonstrations, and enjoy festive activities throughout the weekend.
