4th Edition: Time-Travelling Swing!

The 4th edition of the Rétro Folies festival was held on 28 and 29 June 2025 at Ainterexpo Bourg-en-Bresse. True to its festive and nostalgic spirit, the festival offered two days of immersion in the legendary decades from the 1930s to the 1980s.

The programme included 15 concerts spread over the weekend, style and costume competitions, period-costume hypnosis shows, exclusive Johnny and Sylvie Vartan-style weddings, a vintage boutique village, vintage fashion, décor, old-school tattoos and entertainment for the whole family. Artist Nico Sarro (The Voice) headlined with a repertoire of 1980s hits.

Three themed halls welcomed festival-goers: Hall A dedicated to retro and classic machines, Hall B to yéyé and the 1980s, and Hall C to pin-up and rock'n'roll.

2025 Programme

• Friday 27 June (opening evening): Free evening at Beau Marché, 16 Place Carriat, with DJ entertainment.
• Saturday 28 June (10am-1am): Opening of three themed halls, live concerts, DJ sets, Miss Pin-up competition, vintage fashion shows, vehicle gathering, family entertainment, 1939-45 army village, popular dance in the evening.
• Sunday 29 June (10am-7pm): Concerts, classic vehicle exhibitions, FFVE elegance competition at 2pm, parades, old-fashioned games, Food Truck village.
