Rouen Tattoo Festival 2025 — 4th Edition
The 4th edition of the Rouen Tattoo Festival took place from April 18 to 20, 2025 at the Parc des Expositions de Rouen. Over 500 tattoo artists from around the world and about fifty exhibitors took over the halls of the Parc Expo for a long weekend dedicated to the art of tattooing.
Visitors could get tattooed live by renowned artists, attend tattoo contests in various stylistic categories, enjoy live concerts, and discover the latest trends in equipment and accessories. The festive and friendly atmosphere once again lived up to the reputation of this Norman convention.
