Normandy's largest tattoo convention
Since 2022, the Rouen Tattoo Festival transforms the Parc des Expositions de Rouen into a temple of tattoo art every spring. Over three days, in April, more than 500 tattoo artists from dozens of countries gather to practice their art live in front of the public, in an atmosphere blending artistic concentration and festive effervescence.
The strength of the Rouen Tattoo Festival lies in the exceptional quality of its invited artists. Each edition brings together internationally renowned tattoo artists, covering all styles: realism, old school, new school, traditional Japanese, neo-traditional, blackwork, dotwork, watercolor, biomechanical, lettering, geometric, and many more. Visitors can get tattooed live, watch the artists at work, discover new styles, and interact with industry professionals.
The Rouen Tattoo Festival goes beyond a simple convention. The event offers a full program of activities:
The Parc des Expositions de Rouen, located in Le Grand-Quevilly, offers a vast and adaptable space perfectly suited to the scale of the event. Its proximity to Rouen, the historic capital of Normandy, allows festival-goers to combine their visit with the discovery of the city's rich architectural and gastronomic heritage. Easily accessible by car from Paris (1h30 via the A13), by train (Rouen Rive-Droite station), or by public transport (metro line Parc Expo), the festival attracts an audience from all over France and abroad.
In just a few editions, the Rouen Tattoo Festival has won over the public and the profession, rising to become one of the most important tattoo conventions in France. The event contributes to the cultural influence of the Rouen metropolitan area and the recognition of tattooing as a true art form.
The Rouen Tattoo Festival returns for its 5th edition from April 24 to 26, 2026 at the Parc des Expositions de Rouen. The event will once again host over 500 prestigious tattoo artists from around the world and about fifty specialized exhibitors.
For three days, tattooing will be celebrated in all its artistic diversity. Visitors can get tattooed live by renowned international artists, attend tattoo contests, enjoy live concerts and shows, and browse exhibitor booths offering professional equipment, clothing, jewelry, and accessories.
