The 30th anniversary edition of Salon du Chocolat took place from October 29 to November 2, 2025, at the Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles. For this jubilee, the show offered an exceptional program: 240 exhibitors, live demonstrations by the world's greatest chocolatiers and pastry chefs, the musical show featuring chocolate creations, tasting workshops, and renewed discovery areas. The edition welcomed 96,000 visitors, confirming the show's status as the world's largest event dedicated to chocolate.
