Edition 2025 — Vins & Terroirs
The 2nd edition of Salon Vins & Terroirs brought together 70 exhibitors from all over France and Italy at the Chalon-sur-Saône Exhibition Centre. Olfactory workshops, thematic tastings, culinary demonstrations by pastry chef Aurélien Ferré, and meetings with winemakers marked the weekend.

2025 Edition — 2nd Successful Edition
The 2nd edition of Salon Vins & Terroirs was held from November 28 to 30, 2025, at the Parc des Expositions in Chalon-sur-Saône. With 70 exhibitors representing the vineyards of Burgundy, Alsace, Beaujolais, Bordeaux, Champagne, Côtes du Rhône, Jura, Languedoc, Roussillon, Sud-Ouest, Loire Valley, and Italy, the salon confirmed its national ambition.
The program featured thematic tasting sessions on Loire and Languedoc wines on Saturday, family olfactory workshops on Sunday, and culinary demonstrations by pastry chef Aurélien Ferré. On-site catering with regional specialties was available.
