Edition 2025 — Salon Vins & Fromages
The 2025 edition of the Salon Vins & Fromages in Champagnole takes place on October 18th and 19th at the Oppidum. The fair brings together winemakers from all over France, Master Cheesemaker Marc Janin, and local producers, with wine-cheese and chocolate-wine pairing workshops.

2025 Edition — Salon Vins & Fromages
The Salon Vins & Fromages returns on October 18th and 19th, 2025 at the Oppidum complex in Champagnole. This edition hosts winemakers from all over France alongside Master Cheesemaker Marc Janin, an affineur from Champagnole, and producers of charcuterie and chocolate.
Workshops on the Program
- "Aromas and Flavors" Workshops led by Les Amis du Comté
- "Cheese and Wine Pairings" Workshops by Marc Janin and Geoffrey Grandjean
- "Chocolate and Wine Pairings" Workshops by Tibochoc and Geoffrey Grandjean
The fair is open on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM and on Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
