On March 1st and 2nd, 2025, Sarlat celebrated the Périgord goose during the new edition of Fest'Oie. Activities, a market, and a banquet marked this gourmet weekend in the heart of the medieval city, with the 900 to 1,000 seats for the giant banquet being snapped up as soon as ticketing opened.
