Edition 2018 — Si On Jazz'ay
The 3rd edition of the Si On Jazz'ay festival, sponsored by Christian Morin (clarinetist, Sydney Bechet prize winner), was held from November 15 to 18, 2018, at the Équinoxe hall in Savenay. Laurent Coulondre (Revelation of the Victoires du Jazz 2016), Lisa Urt, Colunia 4tet, Hichem Kalfa 4tet, and the Sand Sisters were on the program, with a Jazz Talent Competition for local groups.

3rd Edition — Christian Morin, festival godfather
The 2018 edition of the Si On Jazz'ay festival marked a turning point with the invitation of clarinetist Christian Morin, winner of the Sydney Bechet prize, as the festival's godfather. From November 15 to 18, the Équinoxe hall, the CinéNova cinema, and the Place des Halles in Savenay hosted a quality program.
On Thursday evening, Christian Morin and his quintet opened the event after a vernissage and the trio Impromptu at CinéNova. On Friday, pianist Laurent Coulondre, named Revelation at the Victoires du Jazz 2016, presented his project "Gravity Zero" with drummer Yoann Serra, preceded by the Hichem Kalfa 4tet, a Canadian group that won the Festi Jazz 2016, blending modern jazz, electronic music, and rock.
Saturday was marked by the Jazz Talent Competition, allowing four local groups to perform, followed by Lisa Urt (singer blending blues, soul, bossa-nova, and reggae) and the Colunia 4tet with Émilie Chevillard's chromatic harp. On Sunday, the poetic tale Novecento and the Sand Sisters (jazz and swing vocal trio) closed the festival.
