Edition 2025 — Soïo Mundo
The 2nd edition of Soïo Mundo took place from July 3 to 6, 2025, at Parc Blandan in Lyon. After a first edition that gathered nearly 16,000 people, the festival offered four days of concerts, workshops, and activities centered around world music, featuring notably Lovana, Balu & Borumba, the Wahad project, Rio 77, and Gnaoua Roots.

2nd Edition — July 2025
Soïo Mundo returned from July 3 to 6, 2025, to make Parc Blandan vibrate to the rhythm of world music. After a memorable first edition that brought together nearly 16,000 people, the festival confirmed its place in the Lyon cultural landscape.
Program
The audience was able to immerse themselves in the electro-Malagasy trances of Lovana, be carried away by the warm rumba of Balu & Borumba, vibrate to the sound of Franco-Palestinian World beat from the Wahad project, discover the samba funk of Rio 77, the woven voices of MAAAR, the Balkan brass of Tar'taraf, and the enchanting processions of Gnaoua Roots. Music practice workshops, participatory sessions, and dance initiations completed the program.
