T'Chinon(s) Encore sous le Château — 2025 Edition
The 2025 edition of T'Chinon(s) Encore sous le Château was held on November 8th and 9th, 2025, in the troglodyte cellars of the Château de la Bonnelière in Chinon. Eight Terra Hominis winegrowers from all over France offered tastings in an exceptional underground setting.

Saturday, November 8th
- Morning: General Assembly at Hôtel Bodard de la Jacopière
- 2 p.m. - 8 p.m.: Winegrowers' fair in troglodyte cellars
- Food truck and stone carving demonstration
Sunday, November 9th
- Oenological tours at the Château de la Bonnelière
