Edition 2026 — The Green Escape
ℹ️ 2026 Edition: no The Green Escape. The Green Escape (formerly Festival Country Rendez-Vous) has been dormant since its last edition in 2019, and no 2026 edition under this name has been announced. However, the country spirit lives on at Parc des Étoiles thanks to the Festival Country de Craponne, which takes place on the last weekend of July — July 25th and 26th, 2026 for this edition.

After the financial difficulties encountered during the 2019 edition (sharp drop in attendance and deficit), the Festival Country Rendez-Vous association did not renew the event under the name The Green Escape, and it has remained dormant since.
Country continues in Craponne-sur-Arzon
The country tradition of Parc des Étoiles has not disappeared: a new event, the Festival Country de Craponne, perpetuates the last weekend of July gathering on the same site each year. The 2026 edition takes place on July 25th and 26th, 2026 at Parc des Étoiles, with an international country lineup — among the announced artists: Sam Morrow, Gary Quinn, Eloïz, Ashland Craft, The Wild Horses and The Grasslers — as well as a free Festival Off in the city center (entertainment, American vehicle parades, dance initiations).
