Edition 2025 — Transhumance of Chamrousse

The Transhumance Festival 2025 takes place on Sunday, July 6th in Chamrousse 1750. Meet at the foot of the Bachat-Bouloud chairlift for the walk with the shepherd and his thousand sheep, accompanied by Jean Michel the accordionist at 10:30 AM, heading towards Lake Lauze. Free activities all day long.

The Transhumance Festival 2025 takes place on Sunday, July 6th in Chamrousse 1750. Meet at the foot of the Bachat-Bouloud chairlift for the walk with the shepherd and his thousand sheep, accompanied by Jean Michel the accordionist at 10:30 AM, heading towards Lake Lauze.

  • Giant wooden games and bubble workshop
