26th Edition of the Gastronomy Fair
The 26th edition of the Troyes Gastronomy Fair was held from November 9 to 11, 2024 at the Le Cube exhibition center. Over 130 exhibitors — charcuterie makers, cheesemongers, chocolatiers, winemakers, pastry chefs, and local producers — showcased their expertise and products to gourmet visitors.
