26th Edition of the Gastronomy Fair
The 26th edition of the Troyes Gastronomy Fair was held from November 9 to 11, 2024 at the Le Cube exhibition center. Over 130 exhibitors — charcuterie makers, cheesemongers, chocolatiers, winemakers, pastry chefs, and local producers — showcased their expertise and products to gourmet visitors.
Tasting workshops, culinary demonstrations, and meetings with producers marked three days of gastronomic discoveries, celebrating the richness of the Champagne terroir and regions of France.
