The Troyes Gastronomy Fair is a major culinary event held annually in November at the Le Cube exhibition center, located at 20 rue des Gayettes in Troyes. Organized by La Maison du Boulanger, a cultural and event association from Troyes, this four-day fair — from Saturday to Tuesday of the November 11th long weekend — has become, over the years, an essential event for lovers of good food, food industry professionals, and those curious about new flavors.

Over 130 Exhibitors and Exceptional Flavors

Each edition of the Gastronomy Fair brings together over 130 exhibitors from all over France and the Champagne region. Charcuterie, cured meats, cheeses, seafood, foie gras, snails, pastries, chocolates, wines, champagnes, and spirits make up an exceptionally rich gourmet panorama. Tableware is also represented, offering visitors a complete experience centered around gastronomy, tasting, and the art of entertaining.

The Pascal Caffet Trophy: Chocolate Excellence

The highlight of the fair is the Pascal Caffet Trophy, an emblematic competition that brings together the best chocolate artisans in France. Named in honor of Pascal Caffet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and a key figure in Troyes chocolate making, this trophy highlights the creativity and technical excellence of the contestants. The challenges, followed by the public, offer a fascinating spectacle where chocolate becomes a medium of art. The Pascal Caffet Trophy has helped establish the Troyes Gastronomy Fair as a nationally recognized event in the world of chocolate and pastry.
