Tulle Remet le Son 2025: A Successful First Edition
The first edition of Tulle Remet le Son took place from June 27 to 29, 2025, marking the revival of Tulle's accordion festival after the end of Nuits de Nacre. Organized by the City of Tulle, this new festival offered three days of music, dance, and conviviality, with an ambitious program highlighting the accordion in all its forms.
Headlining, Félicien Brut, a young accordion prodigy discovered during the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, captivated the audience with his talent and energy. Vincent Lhermet, a major figure of his generation and the first French accordionist to hold a doctorate in performance, also delivered a remarkable performance. The festival featured concerts in the bars and restaurants of the city center, memorable street performances, introductory workshops for traditional dance, and a large guinguette on Sunday on the quai Baluze.
