2025 Edition — Diversity and Inclusion
The 2025 edition of Univerciné Allemand placed issues of diversity and inclusion at the heart of its program. In partnership with the CinéPride festival, TIC44, and T'Cap, the festival offered a selection of films exploring German queer cinema and the representation of people with disabilities.
For six days, Nantes audiences were able to discover a varied panorama of contemporary German cinema: fiction, documentaries, auteur films, and genre cinema, in a program mixing discoveries and works by established filmmakers.
The Audience Award and the Univerciné Jury Prize were awarded at the end of the festival. Meetings with directors and debates accompanied the screenings, reinforcing the festival's dimension of exchange and cultural mediation.
