Urb'Braye

1st edition — October 7, 2023

For its first edition, the Urb'Braye festival took over the Plaine du Pont Bordeau from 10 AM to 11:30 PM. Initially planned for July 1st, the event was postponed to October 7th due to the context of urban violence. The afternoon was dedicated to workshops and demonstrations: breakdance, parkour, freestyle football, beatmaking, DJ scratching, graffiti, and haiku writing. Local associations also ran skateboard, BMX, and basketball stands.

In the evening, nine artists performed on stage, culminating in a concert by the group Sniper, reuniting Tunisiano and Aketo for a unique show. The City committed to a zero-carbon approach with tree planting to offset emissions.
