Ventoux Saveurs 2025 took place on September 14 in Villes-sur-Auzon. The gourmet festival of Ventoux celebrated local olive oil and Provençal terroir products, with the participation of the Disciples d'Escoffier for culinary demonstrations, a producers' market, and tastings of Ventoux AOC wines.

Ventoux Saveurs 2025 — September 14, Villes-sur-Auzon
On September 14, 2025, Villes-sur-Auzon hosted the 2025 edition of Ventoux Saveurs. At the foot of Mont Ventoux, this gourmet day brought together olive oil producers, winemakers, food artisans, and lovers of Provençal gastronomy in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The Disciples d'Escoffier animated the day with culinary demonstrations highlighting the local olive oil and pairings with Ventoux AOC wines. The producers' market allowed visitors to meet artisans and farmers from the massif directly, taste their products, and leave with the authentic flavors of Ventoux.

2025 Program
- 9 AM - 12 PM: Opening of the producers' market, olive oil tastings, visitor welcome
- 10:30 AM: Culinary demonstration by the Disciples d'Escoffier
- 12 PM - 2 PM: Gourmet meal (reservations required)
- 2 PM - 3 PM: Second culinary demonstration by the Disciples d'Escoffier
- 3 PM - 6 PM: Market, tastings, entertainment, closing
