Edition 2026 — Willer-sur-Thur Cavalcade
The 2026 edition of the Willer-sur-Thur Cavalcade took place on January 17 and 18, once again opening the Alsatian carnival season. The Saturday evening carnival ball, hosted by DJ Gonks, crowned the new Queen. On Sunday, 40 groups paraded in the cavalcade starting at 2 p.m., followed by musical entertainment with Guggen Musik.

Willer-sur-Thur Cavalcade 2026
The 2026 edition was held on January 17 and 18, once again kicking off the carnival season in Alsace.
On Saturday, January 17, the carnival ball opened its doors at 7:30 p.m. at the multi-purpose hall, hosted by DJ Gonks. The highlight of the evening was the election of the Carnival Queen, in a festive and costume-filled atmosphere.
On Sunday, January 18, festivities began at 11:45 a.m. at the Alsacien Bouillon restaurant with the welcome of participants. The grand cavalcade set off at 2 p.m. with 40 groups parading through the village streets — decorated floats, Waggis, costumed groups, and Guggen Musik bands. After the procession, Guggen Musik performances continued in the sports hall parking lot.
