Edition 2025 — Asperges en Fête
The third edition of Asperges en Fête was held from March 21 to 31, 2025, throughout the Landes department. Over 30 restaurants offered creative menus featuring the Landes sand asparagus, with PGI and Label Rouge certifications. The Réveil des Papilles launched the festivities at the Saint-Roch market in Mont-de-Marsan on March 22, with culinary demonstrations and tastings.
Asperges en Fête 2025 - 3rd Edition
The 3rd edition of Asperges en Fête took place from March 21 to 31, 2025, in the Landes. Over 33 tables participated in this gastronomic celebration, offering original menus highlighting the Landes sand asparagus with PGI, freshly awarded the Label Rouge in 2024.
The Réveil des Papilles, on Saturday, March 22, brought together producers and gourmets at the Saint-Roch market in Mont-de-Marsan, with culinary demonstrations, tastings, and direct sales of freshly harvested asparagus.
Among the highlights of this edition, the creations of renowned chefs such as Jean Coussau (large white asparagus stuffed with crab from Magescq) and Hélène Darroze (wild asparagus with peas and burrata) delighted gourmets. The 23 partner producers also opened their farms for visits and direct sales.
