Edition 2026 — Asperges en Fête
The fourth edition of Asperges en Fête celebrates the Landes spring with ten days of gastronomic festivities centered around the Landes sand asparagus with PGI and Label Rouge. Over thirty restaurants in the department offer creative menus, while producers open their farms to the public.

Asperges en Fête 2026 - 4th Edition
The 4th edition of Asperges en Fête will take place from March 20 to 30, 2026, throughout the Landes department. This gastronomic spring celebration honors the Landes sand asparagus, an exceptional product recognized by a PGI and a Label Rouge.
Over 30 partner restaurants will offer creative and gourmet menus, while the Réveil des Papilles at the Saint-Roch market in Mont-de-Marsan will launch the festivities with an asparagus market, culinary demonstrations, and tastings. Landes producers will also open their farms for visits and direct sales.
