Edition 2026 — Capbreton Jazz
The 36th edition of the Capbreton Jazz Festival takes place from June 29 to July 5, 2026, in the marine city of Capbreton (Landes). A week of jazz encounters in a festive and friendly atmosphere: three days of concerts at the Jardin public, jazzy terraces at partner shops, film screening, parade, picnic, and musical siesta on the beach. Entirely free festival.
36th Edition - Capbreton Jazz Festival 2026
For its 36th edition, the Capbreton Jazz Festival takes over the Landes marine city from June 29 to July 5, 2026. Organized by the City of Capbreton, the event unfolds across three locations: the Jardin public (Avenue Georges Clemenceau), the Front de mer, and the town center.
A week of jazz, free for all
The festival is structured in two parts. From June 29 to July 2, the terraces of partner businesses host a jazzy atmosphere in the early evening and an opening film screening. From July 3 to July 5, it's time for Jazz au Jardin: three days of open-air concerts in the green setting of the Jardin public, for all ages and tastes.
The Festival Village
At the Jardin public, the Festival Village offers numerous activities for three days: vinyl listening area, media library sale (CDs at 2 EUR), board games and giant games, musical siesta on the beach with jazz playlists, local catering by partner producers.

- Jazzy atmosphere on the terraces of partner shops in the town center
- Friday, June 12 (pre-festival): Jazz drawing concert
- Saturday, June 20 (pre-festival): Musical reading
- Wednesday, June 24 (pre-festival): Musical snack
Friday, July 3, 2026 - Jazz au Jardin (Day 1)
- Jazz parade in the town center
- Inaugural aperitif at the Jardin public with J4ZZARY QUARTET
- Concerts at the Jardin public in the evening (18h - midnight)
Saturday, July 4, 2026 - Jazz au Jardin (Day 2)
- Jazz picnic at the Jardin public (11h - 14h)
- Musical siesta on the beach (afternoon)
- Concerts at the Jardin public (18h - midnight)
Sunday, July 5, 2026 - Jazz au Jardin (Day 3)
