Cassis Fête son Vin

Giant aioli and master classes for the 2025 edition

The 2025 edition of Cassis Fête son Vin took place on May 17 and 18, 2025, continuing the two-day format inaugurated in 2024. Saturday, May 17 featured a convivial moment around a giant aioli (€50 per person, registration required), with pissaladière, marinated vegetables, focaccia, tapenade, eggplant caviar, gourmet aioli, strawberry dessert, and 2 glasses of Cassis wine on the menu.

On Sunday, May 18, the festival began at 10 AM at the Esplanade Aristide Briand, with the mass at Saint-Michel Church followed at 11:15 AM by the stump dance on the parvis and the procession towards the esplanade accompanied by musicians and traditional dancers. The wine blessing at noon was followed by Provençal dances. In the afternoon, three master classes on Cassis wines (aromas, art of tasting, old vintages) were offered at 2 PM, 3 PM, and 4 PM, with activities for children.

• 10 AM: Opening at Esplanade Aristide Briand
