2025 Edition – Thursday, November 20 to Sunday, November 23

On the third Thursday of November 2025, the entire region raised its glass to celebrate the birth of the Gaillac Primeur 2025. For four days, fruity reds based on Gamay and whites from indigenous Gaillac grape varieties were showcased in the cellars of over 30 wine estates.

The gourmet market brought together local producers and food artisans around regional specialties: pink garlic from Lautrec, Tarn charcuterie, cheeses, chestnuts roasted on vine shoots, and traditional soups. Musical entertainment punctuated each evening in the participating estates.

Among the 2025 novelties: guided tours of companies in the wine ecosystem — cooperage, cork making, glassmaking, design studio — allowed curious visitors to discover the trades and know-how surrounding the production of Gaillac wine.
