Last edition of the festival, renamed City's Youth Connexion, at Le Clapier in Saint-Étienne. Single evening from 8 PM to 4 AM with Bouchkour and Komlan (Dub Inc), Sara Lugo, I Woks Sound, Datune, Riwan (Wailing Trees), Kamana, Solaion, Kromi, Greggy, and Don Matino. After-show by Tony Bakk.
