Commemoration and Solstice 2025
March 16, 2025 commemorated the 781st anniversary of the Montségur pyre. The ceremony was held at Prats dels Cremats at 10:30 AM, with the traditional tributes to the 225 victims. A delegation from the Parti de la Nation Occitane and other cultural movements was present to recall Cathar memory and defend Occitan culture.
On June 21, 2025, the summer solstice once again attracted visitors to the top of the pog to observe the solar phenomenon of the keep's arrow slits.
