2025 Edition
The second edition of Champagne Day was held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at the Hôtel de Ville in Épernay. Chefs Philippe Mille (MOF, 1 Michelin star, M Réceptions) and Christophe Raoux (MOF, 1 Michelin star, Royal Champagne Hôtel & Spa) welcomed guests from 6:30 PM for an unforgettable gastronomic evening. Eight exceptional AOC Champagne wines were tasted in pairings with culinary creations from both chefs.
