27th Edition: Return of the Pascal Caffet Trophy
The 27th edition of the Troyes Gastronomy Fair was held from November 8 to 11, 2025 at Le Cube. The highlight of this edition was the long-awaited return of the Pascal Caffet Trophy, an emblematic competition bringing together the best chocolate artisans and showcasing all the creativity and excellence of the chocolate-making art.
Over 130 exhibitors presented a complete panorama of regional and national flavors: charcuterie, cheeses, seafood, foie gras, snails, pastries, chocolates, wines, champagnes, and spirits. Visitors enjoyed tasting workshops, culinary demonstrations, and exclusive meetings with producers, from Saturday to Tuesday of the November 11th long weekend.
