Edition 2025 — Gastronomy Fair
27th edition of the Châteauroux Gastronomy and Wine Fair at the Belle-Isle Exhibition Hall. Over 130 exhibitors presenting wines, cured meats, foie gras, cheeses, chocolates, spices, seafood, and international specialties. Guest of honor: Mercotte, famous culinary blogger and judge of Le Meilleur Pâtissier.
27th edition of the Gastronomy and Wine Fair - 2025 Edition
The Châteauroux Gastronomy and Wine Fair hosted its 27th edition from Friday, November 21 to Sunday, November 23, 2025, at the Belle-Isle Exhibition Hall. Over 130 exhibitors — winegrowers, local producers, and artisan food makers — presented the best of French and Berry gastronomy.
The guest of honor for this edition was Mercotte, a famous culinary blogger and judge on the show Le Meilleur Pâtissier, who presided over the amateur lemon tart competition on Saturday and participated in signing sessions.
Highlights included: professional competitions (Pouligny-Saint-Pierre, croissants, baguettes, almond galettes), two amateur pastry competitions (lemon tart on Saturday, potato galette on Sunday), culinary demonstrations, tea ceremonies, children's workshops, and a solidarity catering service for LADAPT and cancer research.
