Truffle Festival 2024
The Truffle Festival 2024 brought together producers, chefs, and enthusiasts on January 20 and 21, 2024, in the historic center of Sarlat. About ten chefs from Sarlat and starred chefs offered culinary demonstrations at the Ancien Évêché, while the controlled truffle market on Place de la Liberté allowed visitors to purchase the precious Tuber melanosporum.
