The eighth and final edition of the Festival de Pâques was held from April 2 to 5, 2010, in the city center of Chartres. This was the last event of this emblematic festival, which marked eight years of exceptional programming combining music, performing arts, and spirituality in the heart of Chartres.

8th and Final Edition - Easter 2010
The eighth edition of the Festival de Pâques de Chartres marked the final chapter of a cultural and spiritual adventure that began in 2003. True to its spirit of openness, the festival offered a dense and varied program, bringing together artists from all musical backgrounds.
Sacred and classical music concerts at the cathedral were alongside rock sets, jazz evenings, and French chanson shows under the marquees. Theater, dance, and children's shows completed this multidisciplinary offering that made the event unique.
Unfortunately, growing financial difficulties prevented the holding of a ninth edition planned for 2011, bringing an end to this pioneering festival.
