Electr'Au Dub: When Electro Meets Dub in Vendée

Since its creation in 2017 by the association Electr'Au Dub, this unique festival has successfully united a growing community of enthusiasts around an original musical proposal: the meeting of electronic and sound system cultures. Located on the grounds of the Landes de Corprais aerodrome in Saint-Georges-de-Montaigu, the event benefits from a vast outdoor space ideal for hosting several thousand festival-goers in a free and festive atmosphere.

Two Stages, Two Universes

The Electr'Au Dub Festival is distinguished by its concept of two stages with complementary musical identities. The Électrostage immerses the audience in an electronic universe with techno, tech house, hardstyle, and drum and bass sets, enhanced by surprising decorations and careful scenography. In parallel, the Sound Système Party takes place under an atypical circus tent, offering a total immersion in reggae, dub, and dancehall culture with powerful sound systems and an authentic roots atmosphere.

A Program Between Headliners and Emerging Talents

Each year, the festival offers a program of over thirty artists, mixing essential headliners and emerging talents. Previous editions have hosted names such as Jahneration, Elisa Do Brasil, Skarra Mucci, Big Red ft Irie Ites, Broussaï, Million Stylez, and Natty Jean on the reggae-dub side, as well as renowned electro artists like Vini Vici, Creeds, and Italobrothers. This diversity enriches the festival and attracts a varied audience, from lovers of deep bass to fans of frenetic rhythms.

A Festival Rooted in the Vendée Countryside

Driven by a team of passionate volunteers under the presidency of Florian David, the Electr'Au Dub Festival has become a major cultural player in the Montaigu-Vendée territory. The event contributes to local dynamism and the commune's influence far beyond departmental borders, attracting an audience from across the Pays de la Loire region and beyond. With nearly 6,000 festival-goers in recent editions, Electr'Au Dub confirms its place among the essential festivals of Western France year after year.
