Fête de la Gastronomie de Thiézac - 2025 Edition
The Fête de la Gastronomie de Thiézac took place on Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, June 1st, 2025, during Ascension weekend, in the enchanting setting of the Cère valley at the foot of the Cantal mountains.
The gourmet market brought together many local producers and artisans presenting cheeses, charcuterie, honey, jams, and other Cantal regional products. Visitors could participate in culinary workshops to learn how to make pounti, bourriols, and stuffed cabbages, under the guidance of passionate chefs.
Musical entertainment and traditional games punctuated this festive weekend, in a friendly and family atmosphere typical of Cantal village festivals.
