Edition 2025 — Marché aux Truffes de Noyers
The 2025 Noyers-sur-Serein Burgundy Truffle Market was held on the last Sunday of October in the medieval village. Truffle inspection from 8 am, auction sale from 10:30 am, and giant omelette brought together many gourmets around the Burgundy tuber uncinatum.

Noyers-sur-Serein Truffle Market 2025
On the last Sunday of October 2025, Noyers-sur-Serein hosted its traditional Truffle Market in the exceptional setting of its medieval ramparts. From dawn, certified inspectors from the Fédération Française des Trufficulteurs checked each truffle offered for sale, guaranteeing impeccable quality to buyers.
At 10:30 am, to the sound of the horn, the auction sale began, bringing together restaurateurs, individuals, and professionals around the precious Burgundy truffles. The giant omelette offered to visitors, prepared with fresh truffles, was, as every year, one of the most delicious and convivial moments of the festival. Stalls of local producers, Yonne wines, and activities by the Confraternity completed this unmissable autumn event.
