Villemomble Festival — 2026 Edition on the theme of the universe
The traditional Saint Fiacre Festival returns to Villemomble on Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13, 2026. For this edition, the flower-decorated floats and entertainment are based on the theme of the universe. The town will be celebrating all weekend, at Place du Château seigneurial and Avenue Detouche, with free access to all activities.
A festive weekend in the heart of Villemomble
The parade of flower-decorated floats and brass bands starts from the vicinity of the castle and enlivens the town's streets. The torchlight procession, the fireworks display at Parc de la Garenne, the flower bouquet competition, and mass at Saint-Louis Church perpetuate the major events of this horticultural tradition dating back to 1874.
The Associations' Fair

The Villemomble Festival: A Flowery Tradition Since 1874
The town of Villemomble (93250) maintains one of the oldest and most picturesque festive traditions in Seine-Saint-Denis: the Saint Fiacre Festival. Since 1874, this festival in honour of Saint Fiacre, patron saint of gardeners, recalls the time when Villemomble was a market gardening and horticultural commune that supplied Parisian markets with flowers and vegetables. The Saint Fiacre Festival is held every year in September, at Place du Château seigneurial and Avenue Detouche.
The Saint Fiacre Festival: A Living Horticultural Tradition
Every year, the Saint Fiacre Festival brings together the residents of Villemomble around a rich and varied festive program. The highlight is the grand parade of flower-decorated floats that winds through the town's streets, enlivened by musical groups, brass bands, and dance troupes. The floats, carefully decorated by associations and neighbourhood committees, compete in floral ingenuity around a theme renewed each edition.
The day before, a torchlight procession illuminates the streets of the town centre, creating a magical atmosphere followed by a spectacular fireworks display at Parc de la Garenne. The flower bouquet competition allows amateur gardeners to showcase their expertise. A mass at Saint-Louis Church honours the patron saint in the Catholic tradition.
The Associations' Hub
The festival is also the occasion for the Associations' Hub, a large gathering of Villemomble's sports, cultural, patriotic, and social clubs. Residents can discover the activities offered, register, and meet the volunteers who bring local life to fruition. Tasting stands, artistic, and sports demonstrations enliven the public spaces throughout the day.
Concerts and Musical Entertainment
The Saint Fiacre Festival is accompanied by a varied musical program. Open-air concerts bring together local and regional artists, and the evening extends into a festive and popular atmosphere.
The Fête de la Musique: Another Highlight of Villemomble
In addition to Saint Fiacre, Villemomble celebrates the Fête de la Musique every June 21st with free concerts in the town's parks — notably Parc Mermoz and Parc de la Garenne. Amateurs and professionals from all musical backgrounds gather for this evening that celebrates the cultural diversity of the commune.
